In pain right now?
Call your nearest location — we have same-day emergency access at all four offices.
90%+ of pain cases evaluated and treated the same day.
We hold emergency slots every day we are open. When you call with tooth pain, we do not put you on a two-week waiting list. We find a way to see you today.
Oakland is open Saturdays from 9AM to 5PM. Outside of office hours, we monitor voicemails and will get back to you. For a genuine medical emergency, call 911.
"I had a very bad toothache and was calling around to see who could get me in the soonest. Friday mid-day, most offices were telling me to wait until Monday. Just when I lost hope, this office said they could get me in today at 4:30. Thanks to this office, I am able to enjoy my weekend again."
If any of these apply, call us today — not next week.
- 01 Severe toothache or abscess Pain that wakes you up, throbs constantly, or has spread to your jaw or neck needs same-day attention. Call us first thing — we hold emergency slots every day we are open.
- 02 Cracked or fractured tooth A cracked tooth can deteriorate quickly. If you feel sharp pain when biting or releasing pressure, contact us today. Early treatment preserves the tooth.
- 03 Knocked-out tooth Handle the tooth by the crown, not the root. Keep it moist — in milk, saline, or between your cheek and gum. Call immediately. Time is critical.
- 04 Lost or broken crown or filling If the exposed tooth is sensitive or painful, call us. A temporary cover can protect it while we arrange your appointment.
- 05 Swelling in the jaw or face Facial swelling from a dental infection can escalate quickly. If you have swelling alongside tooth pain, treat this as urgent and call us or go to an emergency room.
Access to care close to where you are.
We monitor after-hours voicemails. For a genuine medical emergency, please call 911.
From your call to your chair — here's what to expect.
When you call, our team will ask about your pain, confirm your insurance, and get you on the schedule — usually the same day. A real person handles every call. Consent forms are sent to you by email before your appointment so everything is ready when you arrive.
At your appointment, your doctor will take a CBCT scan to assess the full picture, explain exactly what is happening with your tooth, and — in most cases — begin treatment the same visit using GentleWave. You will leave with a clear understanding of your tooth, your options, and what recovery looks like.
96.6% of patients report mild to no pain after a GentleWave procedure. Most people are surprised. The anxiety of the unknown is almost always worse than the appointment itself.
Don't wait. Call now.
