Dr. Ankita Kathpalia — Dr. K to her patients — has been treating teeth since 2008, training across India and the United States before completing her endodontic residency at the University of the Pacific. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, a Master of Dental Surgery from the College of Dental Sciences in Davangere, a DDS earned through her General Practice Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland (affiliated with Case Western Reserve University), and her MSD from the University of the Pacific.

Dr. K focuses on complex root canal treatments and retreatments, cracked teeth, and traumatic injuries — the cases that require the most precision and the clearest head. She works with the full technology suite at Endospecialists: GentleWave, surgical microscope, CBCT, and the EdgeEndo laser. Most of her patients arrive as referred complex cases, second opinions, or emergency pain — often anxious, often having already been told something difficult about their tooth. Her job, as she sees it, is to make sure they leave informed and confident.
